Private VS. Public Restrictions on Real Estate

Private Restrictions are limitations on ownership of the land which explains what is and is not allowed on the property at hand. This is important to know and study for the land owner with purchasing land or piece of property. You want to know al of the limitations that are set forth before purchase because you can come to a lot of problems, delays and heavy expenses.
