I will be graduating very shortly and I have been looking at Real Estate. Where do I want to live in Houston? I do not have the slightest clue. Apartment or House?
I have decided to live in an apartment. What I like about this is that it is a short term living situation. Also, you receive a lot of different amenities at the apartment complex. What I like about real estate is that there are many different types of apartments and different attractions.
I picked an apartment with great pools, gym, lobby, and the list goes on. It is a advantage to live in a apartment over a house for my age and interests.
